Freethought Festival 6 Announcement

Freethought Festival 6 Announcement

Atheists, Humanists, & Agnostics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is happy to announce that we will be hosting our sixth annual Freethought Festival this Spring! Our conference will take place on March 3rd and 4th in the Gordon Dining and Events Center at 770 W. Dayton St. Madison, WI 53715.

This year, our speakers include American sexologist Lindsey Doe, blogger and atheist activist Greta Christina, FFRF award winner Marie Schaub, Interfaith Youth Core’s Campus Assessment Manager J.T. Snipes, and several more to be announced on our Facebook page and our Website soon!

During the conference we will have a silent auction for attendees to place bids on posters we have previously put up in the Capitol Rotunda to emphasize the importance of the separation of church and state. An example of those posters can be found here on our blog. All of the proceeds from the silent auction will go to our chosen charity for this year: PLAN International. Feel free to check out their website!

As always, Freethought Festival is completely free and open to everyoneRegister for the conference today!

We hope to see all of you there!
