Weekly Meeting: Doomsday

Weekly Meeting

Doomsday

Thursday, April 24th – 7pm
Ingraham Hall, Room 224

Prophets of Doom have been predicting the end of the world for thousands of years… but what if a real Doomsday is looming? Could problems like climate change, environmental destruction, and energy shortages spell the end of human civilization? Let’s learn about and discuss this issue at this week’s meeting!

Can’t make the meeting? Join us afterwards at the Rathskeller around 9pm for drinks, food, and more great conversation.

I hope to see you there!

-Chris Calvey
Vice-President

Next Week’s Meeting:

The Value and Meaning of Life

Thursday, May 1st – 7pm
Ingraham Hall, Room 224

Is there any inherent meaning in life? From where can we derive meaning, if not from God? What are your views on active vs. passive euthanasia? We’ll be discussing these issues and much more at next week’s AHA meeting!

We hope you can join us!
