Feminism

Ingraham Hall, Room 224

AHA members of all genders: do you consider yourself a feminist? Why or why not? Why is women’s rights advocacy still necessary today in America? How does religious dogma contribute to the oppression of women? Come discuss these questions and much more at this Thursday’s weekly AHA meeting!

Can’t make the meeting? Join us afterwards at the Rathskeller around 9pm for drinks, food, and more great conversation.

Let’s take a look at how non-religious people are portrayed in movies and TV shows. We’ll be watching many clips and discussing whether they are helpful or hurtful to the atheist movement as well as much more!

Friday, February 28th – Blood Drive

We had a wonderful turn out for the Blood Drive which we organized with another on campus group. We not only reached our goal, but exceeded it by several units. Thanks to all who donated and volunteered at this event.
